LEASING OF OFFICE ACCOMMODATION FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS FOR THE FSCA

Key Requirements & Special Conditions

							It is required that the accommodation offered must comply with the National Building Regulations and the requirements of the Occupation Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act 85 of 1993), as amended. Occupancy certificate must be submitted, or proof of application thereof.

Bidders who do not meet any of the mandatory pre-qualification criteria stipulated in the terms of reference of the bid documents will be disqualified from further evaluation.
