Provision of ICT professional services for a period of thirty-six (36) months [SITA registered IT vendors/service providers (RFB 1183 contract)]
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
• Fully completed and signed SBD1 must be attached,
• Fully completed and signed SBD4 must be attached, a false declaration will result in
disqualification (par. 2.3 disclosure must align with subsection 2.3.1 and director‘s information
on Central Supplier Database CSD)
• Fully completed and signed SBD6.1 must be attached
• Bidder/ s must submit the RFQ to the tender box to address indicated below and on SBD1,
• Bidder/s must attach appointment letter in the SITA Transversal contract,
• Fully completed Annexure (A).
• Proposals must include CVs for the personnel with their qualifications for each service
elements (a,b,c,d,e).
