RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Supply and Delivery of Diesel
Key Requirements & Special Conditions
Bidders that are non-compliant with the following special conditions will be disqualified:
-Bidder must submit Valid registration/ accreditation by Dept. of Minerals & Energy for Supply and Delivery of Diesel
SPECIFIC GOALS:are required from EME or QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people as follws:
Youth - Enterprise = 2 Points
Women - Equity ownership = 2 Points
Disability - Equity ownership = 2 Points
Local Business = 7 Points
Black Owned = 7 Points
Bidders that fail to submit proof of specific goal will not be allocated points
