Special Conditions
• The service provider must be an OEM partner and submit valid proof of partnership or submit a letter as an authorised service provider from the OEM.
• The service provider must provide a minimum 3-year manufacturer warranty with Next Business Day (NBD) onsite support.
• The service provider must submit a detailed quotation in accordance with the pricing schedule, or complete and submit the attached pricing schedule.
