1.The bid document can either be downloaded at no cost from the e-Tender Portal or purchased from the Department, and NO EFT payments will be accepted.
2.Bidders whom elected to download the bid document must submit with all supporting documents at the close of bids
3.The bid documents must download or purchased and collected prior to the starting time of the Pre-tender briefing meeting.
4.Bidders who attend the Pre-Tender Briefing Meeting without a bid document will not be allowed to the briefing meeting.
5.No late arrivals will be admitted to the pre-tender briefing meet
