The design, development, manufacturing, supply, delivery, off-loading, installation, testing at site, drafting of user documentation, training and commissioning of the required Transmission Power System Control and Monitoring System (TPSCM) infrastructure: Hardware, Software, Cabling and Networking, required at the Primary Control Centre (PCC) and the Secondary Control Centre (SCC) sites of the System Operator.
